Terms & Conditions

Set out below are the terms on which Laser Chic provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understand them prior to booking any Laser Chic treatment.



Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed.

Booking Fees

Laser Chic strive to provide a service at competitive prices; however, when clients fail to arrive for appointments, practitioners are left idle. If we were to make allowance for clients not arriving for their appointments, it would mean that our prices would have to increase.
New clients are charged a one off £25 booking administration fee for standard treatments which is fully redeemable against treatment or products. Please note that this booking fee is not refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or you choose not to go ahead with treatment for personal reasons.
The booking fee is no longer redeemable after 12 months from your consultation date. (The booking fee is applicable only for treatments with a minimum spend of £30).
If you fail to attend your consultation but would like to rebook, please note an additional booking fee of £25 will apply.

Cancellation, Failure to Arrive for Appointments and Late Arrival

Please note for existing clients a £50 administration fee will be charged if you have cancelled/rescheduled any appointment less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time. All missed appointments will also be charged at the same rate. Clients who have pre-purchased a course of treatment will forfeit one of the treatments.

Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. Laser Chic will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, for reasons beyond our control, we may need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice. In this unlikely event, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. We do not offer compensation if we cancel your appointment. If a genuine provable reason prevents you from attending at the last minute, or you are in receipt of a medical certificate stating that you were too ill to attend, your default fee may be refunded at our discretion.

Please note that cancellations can only be made between 10:00 – 20:00 Tuesday to Thursday and 10:00 – 17:00 Friday and Saturday 10:00 – 16:00. Out of hours’ messages will not be accepted.

Laser Treatments

Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Please note failure to follow the guide lines or if you are unsuitable for treatment due to being tanned in any way i.e. fake tan, sun beds and sun exposure clients who have:
Purchased a course of treatments will forfeit one of the treatments.
Purchased single laser treatments will be charged the full cost of the treatment.


All pre-paid courses are non-refundable and valid for 18 months from the date of booking.

Child Policy

Due to Care Quality Commission regulations, we regret we cannot allow persons under 16 years of age to receive treatment or to enter one of our treatment rooms. Any client who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whilst the client is being treated. Failure to bring an adult chaperone with any child will result in the treatment being cancelled and loss of the value pack treatment or deposit. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.


Laser Chic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the clients.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Laser Chic with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Laser Chic will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of Laser Chic regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Laser Chic’s liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Laser Chic’s negligence.

Your Right to Complain

Laser Chic endeavours to treat all clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Laser Chic, you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either verbally, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, Laser Chic will be pleased to help.
The member of staff who initially receives the complaint will convey the details to the Clinic Owner or their designated deputy, and you will receive a letter within two days of lodging the complaint that an investigation into the matter is under way.

Refer a Friend Scheme

Any new clients referred to Laser Chic by existing clients must spend a minimum of £50 on treatments to qualify for the Refer a Friend Scheme.

Offers and Promotions

Discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other current offer/promotion and exclude consultations and products. All offers are subject to a full consultation and client suitability.
All offers are subject to availability and Laser Chic reserves the right to withdraw offers at any time.
Offer codes can only be used on the point of booking.
When booking with a promotion or offer, please ensure the appointment or consultation is attended in clinic before the offer expires. Any appointments or consultations attended after the expiry date cannot be discounted.
Offers and promotions sent via email are valid from the date the email was sent. Any booking made prior to the receipt of said promotional email cannot be discounted.
When taking advantage of treatment offers clients must make their payment before the offer expires.
Full payment of discounted treatments or courses at open evenings must be taken on the night, unless you opt for our Three Easy Payment plan for treatment courses, in which case we require the first deposit of 50% of the total course amount to be paid on the night. Three Easy Pay is only available for Laser Hair Removal treatment courses.
